Delete your Routee account

You can delete your Routee account and its data at any time, in the app or by email. You do not need to have the app installed to ask us.

Option 1: in the app

Open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it cannot be undone.

Option 2: by email

Write to privacy@routee.world from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete the account and reply within one month.

What is deleted

• your profile;
• your flights and trips;
• your friends list;
• your messages — direct messages also disappear for the people you talked to;
• files you uploaded.

Copies in server logs and backups are overwritten within 30 days.
